At Enztee, we sell digital products such as SVG files, paper craft templates, printable files, and instruction guides. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Enztee are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been completed or the file has been accessed.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

However, we want you to have a good experience with our shop. If you experience any issues with your files, such as:

• The file cannot be downloaded
• The file is missing
• The file is corrupted or not working properly
• You received the wrong file
• There is a technical issue with the design file

Please contact us and we will be happy to help fix the issue, resend the file, or provide a replacement if needed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You purchased the wrong item by mistake
• You do not have the required software or cutting machine
• You expected a physical product
• You are unable to use the file due to lack of experience with your machine or software
• The file has already been downloaded and works as described

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing. Each listing includes details about file formats, product type, and usage requirements.

File Compatibility

Our files are designed for compatible cutting machines and software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Canvas Workspace, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Inkscape, depending on the file formats included in each product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their machine and software support the file formats provided.
